At The Wellsprings Medical Massage & Spa, we are dedicated to making each appointment as seamless as possible for both our patients and providers.
To help us serve everyone in a timely manner, we kindly request 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule appointments.
For same day cancellation or No Show, no refunds will be accepted. This policy helps us honor everyone's time, and ensures those waiting for appointments have the opportunity to see our providers.
